About NERO
No Excuse, Results Only: why NERO exists and how it works.
NERO stands for No Excuse, Results Only. It is a conviction Wole Abraham Martins arrived at over fifteen years of building businesses in Lagos and Ogun: give two people the same product, the same market and the same training, and they can still get completely different results. The difference is rarely talent or luck. It is how they think, plan and act.
Most organisations treat leadership development as an event: a retreat, a seminar, a certificate. NERO treats it as infrastructure. We work with organisations to build the habits, systems and accountability that turn capable people into leaders who deliver, and keep delivering after we leave.
NERO is new, and we are starting deliberately: a small number of consulting engagements and our first cohort programmes. As that work completes, we will publish what changed for the people and organisations involved.
Principles
No excuses
We name what is in the way, including our own part in it, and deal with it. An explanation is only useful if it leads to action.
Results only
We measure our work by what changes in your organisation, not by the hours delivered or the materials handed out.
Leaders build leaders
A leader's real output is the next set of leaders. Everything we teach is designed to be passed on.
